Accra Metropolitan Area in Ghana, Africa is constantly under the immense pressure of potable water scarcity which is further aggravated by the illegal dumping of wastewater collected from the septic tanks of the suburban Accra due to a lack of a sewage transportation infrastructure. Over 60% of this wastewater is openly dumped in the outskirts of the metropolitan region thus contaminating the water bodies and the underground water table. This problem was carefully recognised by the team via active conversational interviews with the stakeholders at municipal and sub-urban levels.
A detailed solution description as accepted by the Unleash Organisation, as a part of their solutions catalogue, clearly outlining the problem statement, potential stakeholders and innovation behind the solution.

I was one of the 1000 talents carefully invited from over 150 countries bringing pioneering mindsets of young people from leading companies, research institutions, foundations, non-profits, and investors, to provide next-generation solutions for the SDGs.
